Property Details

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!  SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, mountain climbing, mountain biking, freshwater fishing, (lake and river) small game hunting, white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, tennis, and golf.  WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.  Don't forget your camera, the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

GENERAL:  All reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

RESERVATIONS: A Booking Deposit equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property.  The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

PAYMENTS:  We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment.  Sorry, NO personal checks.

CANCELLATIONS:  If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $50.00 Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check.  20 to 14-days forfeits the Booking Deposit*.  Less than 14-days forfeits the entire rental amount*.  *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $50.00 Cancellation Fee applies

Rates for Chalet 7 range from $259.00 to $459.00 per night, and from $1554.00 to $3213.00 per week.  Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $89.00 to $499.00 per night, and from $534.00 to $3493.00 per week USD + tax
