Terms Of Service - Know How To List Your Property With Us

Please review these terms of service completely and carefully before submitting your listing. If you have any questions please contact us prior to listing your property. Once your property is listed, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

We reserve the right to refuse a listing for any reason and without explanation.

What WebList Properties WILL do:

	Build you a professional web presence that may be viewed by customers anywhere in the world an internet connection is available.
	Use your favourite photographs, submitted by you, in your listing.
	Support your photographic presentation with your own descriptive text. Share the details of your property's location, unique features, local charm and other information with prospective renters (editing for content may be required and the decision of our web authors is final).
	Provide your clients/customers with a means of contacting you (e-mail, telephone, surface mail, etc.) for further information and/or to arrange reservations and payments.
	Send you an e-mail informing you when your listing is available for viewing.
	Market and promote this service and the properties listed here to maximize exposure to potential customers.

What WebList Properties WILL NOT do:

	Handle any transactions, bookings or reservations related to the sale or rental of your property - we would prefer you to establish a relationship with your clients. After all, who knows your property better than you?
	Mediate or become involved in any booking, reservation, purchase or payment disputes and/or concerns. Your clients deal directly with you - you are completely and solely responsible for all transactions relating to your property.
	Be responsible in any way for insurance, damages, rental property registration, legal concerns or costs of any kind arising from the rental/sale of your property and/or the use of this service. These items are completely and strictly the owner's responsibility.
	Be responsible for any errors or omissions by you or WebList Properties in your property listing. You are responsible for reviewing your listing carefully and completely and informing us immediately of any concerns. Once notified, WebList Properties will do everything reasonable to correct it in a timely fashion. If the error was made by you during the submission of your property details a small fee may apply. You will be made aware of this before any corrections/alterations are made to your listing. (We understand no one is perfect and errors do occur - if the correction is a simple one editing fees will normally be waived) If the error was ours, the correction will be made as soon as possible and at no cost to you.

All visitors to WebList Properties understand that information provided here is not guaranteed to be accurate and must be verified independently. We strongly urge you to obtain a qualified legal opinion from a specialist in your area/region/country. You are solely and completely responsible for any and all legal obligations you enter into as a result of your visit to WebList Properties. Additionally, by listing your property with us you agree to be completely and solely responsible for the information contained and represented as accurate within your listing. Please check your listing carefully when it is posted. We believe very strongly in the principles of good customer service and customer relations. One of the primary means of providing outstanding service is clear communications. Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue no matter how big or how small it may seem. As a subscriber to WebList Properties you agree to receive occasional e-mails reminding you to ensure your listing information is both current and accurate (price changes, availability, etc.). We may also send you promotional e-mail highlighting available specials and services either separately or in conjunction with these reminder e-mails. Because we respect your privacy and despise spam we will limit the number of these e-mails you receive and we will never sell or distribute your information in any way that you have not explicitly authorized.

Occasionally, amendments to these terms of service may be necessary. We recommend that you review these terms of service regularly for any revisions and/or changes that may affect your property listing on WebList Properties. In the event that you do not accept the amended terms of service, you agree that your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription without refund or recompense.
